interesting blog. why chattel. chanced on your comments on mlq3’s and clicked to check you out. who would call himself/herself chattel? slave? looked it up in dictionary and found there’s a legal definition, but i don’t understand it. something to do with “movable article of personal property”?
reading your post on the subic rape case, i suppose you’re a lawyer? based in the philippines? thanks for that. i was sure that nicole was right to complain about her prosecutors but i wasn’t sure who exactly to blame or where it went wrong. now i know.
